LA'GLAMOUR LASHES LLC REFUND POLICY:
We currently do not accept returns for refunds due to sanitary reasons however you may cancel your order before it has been shipped or within 24 hours by emailing us at email@example.com with your full name, order number, & reason for cancellation.
Damaged / Lost Packages:
-La'Glamour Lashes LLC is not liable for any package after they have been shipped nor for any packages lost during shipping.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your package (firstname.lastname@example.org) for either a full refund or a new product free of charge.
- If you received an email stating that your package has been delivered, but it is not there then, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim: United States Postal Service (USPS)
IMPORTANT:-If your order has already been shipped, you can no longer cancel your order.
-Please allow 3-7 business days, after receiving the order cancellation email, for your refund.
