LA'GLAMOUR LASHES LLC REFUND POLICY:
RETURNS:
Store credit returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date. If it's been past the 14 day period or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed), unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund.
Final sale items (Sale/Clearance), lashes, jewelry, white items, face-masks, sunglasses, and bodysuits (due to hygiene/sanitary purposes) cannot be returned or refunded. However, you may cancel your order before it has been shipped (or within 24 hours if it has not been shipped out yet) by emailing us at la.glamour.lashes@gmail.com or info@laglamourlashes.com with your full name, order number, & reason for cancellation.
**Please email us as soon as possible with any questions/ reasons for a potential return.** You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
EXCHANGES:
Please email us as soon as possible to info@laglamourlashes.com to exchange an item. Only clothing and handbags can be exchanged within the 14 day remorse period (explained above). All items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and in good condition. Items that want to be returned should be sent out first (upon approval). Once the item is received, inspected, and meets requirements we will send out the new item.
DAMAGED/LOST PACKAGES:
-La'Glamour Lashes LLC is not liable for any package after they have been shipped nor for any packages lost during shipping.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your package (la.glamour.lashes@gmail.com) for either a full refund or a new product free of charge.
- If you received an email stating that your package has been delivered, but it is not there then, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim: United States Postal Service (USPS)
IMPORTANT:
-If your order has already been shipped, you can no longer cancel your order.-Please allow 3-7 business days, after receiving the order cancellation email, for your refund.
