La’Glamour Lashes LLC is not liable for any order after they have been shipped. Once you have received the shipment confirmation email, we are no longer responsible for your package.


Domestic Shipping Policy:

 Shipment processing time

 -All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

-Shipping depends on how far the package is traveling but usually takes 2-7 business days for all orders in the U.S.A.

-Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

-If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or text message.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

-Shipping for all U.S.A orders is $3.00. 

-Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

-We currently do not offer worldwide shipping; sorry babes.

  

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

-You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped which contains your tracking number (Once you have received a shipment confirmation, you can no longer cancel your order).

-The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you do not receive a Shipment Confirmation nor tracking number after 2-3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at la.glamour.lashes@gmail.com

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

-La'Glamour Lashes LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
