La’Glamour Lashes LLC is not liable for any order after they have been shipped, however if you receive a defective or damaged product, please email us within 24 hours, with a picture of the damaged product, of receiving your package (firstname.lastname@example.org) for either a full refund or a new product free of charge.
La’Glamour Lashes LLC is not liable for any orders with incorrect addresses. Please double check that ALL of your personal information (name, email address, phone number, shipping address) is correct before finalizing your purchase. If you notice that you misspelled your address at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can ship it to your correct address. Thank you.
Once you have received the shipment confirmation email, we are no longer responsible for your package. If your tracking number says an item has been delivered, and your item is not there, please contact your local United States Postal Service (USPS) for your package.
Domestic Shipping Policy:
Shipment processing time
-All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
-Shipping depends on how far the package is traveling but usually takes 2-7 business days for all orders in the U.S.A.
-Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
-If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or text message.

-Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
-We currently do not offer worldwide shipping; sorry babes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
-You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped which contains your tracking number (Once you have received a shipment confirmation, you can no longer cancel your order).
-The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you do not receive a Shipment Confirmation nor tracking number after 2-3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at email@example.com
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Damaged / Lost Packages:
